Amidst breathtaking scenery in the foothills of Ben Lawers we offer you 40 luxury pine highland self catering lodges, a luxury lodge house and a number of tepees available throughout the year for comfortable, peaceful, relaxing breaks and holidays in the highlands of Scotland. Our luxury Lodges and spacious estate grounds are maintained to a very high standard. Constructed in Scandinavia to exacting specifications, the Lodges ensure comfort, warmth and convenience for guests; all face south and enjoy maximum sunshine, with unrivalled views over Loch Tay to the mountains beyond.
All Lodges have verandahs giving superb views over Loch Tay. The village of Killin is 3 miles away, at the west end of Loch Tay, with its Falls of Dochart, as well as a wide choice of restaurants and shops, a garage and a helpful Tourist Information Office. During the summer the village hosts its own very special Highland games, an agricultural Show and a Folk Festival.
There are many activities available nearby. Killin and Kenmore have lovely 9-hole golf courses, with four other golf courses within 30 minutes drive. Excellent opportunities for hill-walking, watersports, white water-rafting, wildlife safaris, deer-stalking, game shooting and ski-ing - with Glencoe only an hour away.
There is an 18 hole putting green for guest's enjoyment. Clay-pigeon shooting and tuition is available and should be booked in advance at reception.
Mountain Bikes can be hired from our marina - or bring your own, as we have our own purpose built track, meandering 4 miles into the foothills of Ben Lawers. And the location of Loch Tay Highland Lodges makes it ideal for fishing on both the central and western beats of the loch. We have an Olympic-size outdoor riding school and equestrian centre, on of the few of its scale and kind in the Scottish Highlands.
